- City and State: We require you to set your city and state during onboarding to discover events near you. This is essential for the core functionality of EventScout.
- Coordinates: We store latitude and longitude coordinates associated with your selected city to match you with nearby events.

- Interest Categories: You select up to 5 interest categories (such as Music, Sports, Food & Drink, Arts, Technology, Community, Nightlife, Family) to personalize your event recommendations.
- Custom Interests: Any custom interest tags you add beyond preset categories.
- Notification Preferences: Your choices for event reminders, new event alerts, and weekly digest emails.
Event Interactions
- Saved Events: Events you bookmark or save for later.
- Event Activity: Records of events you view, save, unsave, or dismiss.
Purchase Information
- Subscription Data: If you subscribe to EventScout Pro, we store subscription status, tier, purchase platform (App Store), expiration date, and renewal status.
- Transaction Records: Transaction identifiers for payment verification and subscription management.

- Analytics (PostHog): We use PostHog to collect anonymized usage analytics to improve the app.
