By downloading, installing, or using EventScout ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

EventScout is an AI-powered local event discovery app. You set your location and interests, and we use artificial intelligence to find and recommend events near you. You can swipe through personalized event cards, save events, and receive notifications about upcoming events.

• You must sign in using Apple authentication to use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

• EventScout offers both free and Pro subscription tiers.
• Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Engage in illegal activities or promote illegal content
• Harass, stalk, or harm other individuals
• Attempt to circumvent service limitations or abuse the system
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App's operation
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

EventScout uses artificial intelligence to discover and present event information. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated event details (descriptions, times, locations, images) may contain errors. We encourage you to verify event details with the original event organizer before attending.

• Event discovery is based on your selected city — events are not shared across cities.
• Event information is refreshed periodically; manual refresh is limited to once per 24 hours.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any event information.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. You use the App at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventScout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
